The I-15 Cajon Pass Rehabilitation Project is located between Kenwood Avenue and West Hesperia Overhead in San Bernardino County. The project consists of 50 lane miles of pavement reconstruction and restoration, 250 miles of pavement joint seal, and the reconstruction of 13 ramps. The project replaces concrete pavement slabs in the Cajon Pass that are beyond their life cycle with the benefit of extending pavement service life with minimal maintenance.

Comprehensive quality assurance services as part of the design-build team, Coffman / Parsons JV. The scope includes materials approval engineering, quality assurance roadway and structures inspection, source inspection as well as field and laboratory testing of all roadway and structures materials.
