Project Description

The project consists of the design and construction 3,000 feet of a cast-in-place / pre-stressed box girder connector from the South Bound I-605 to the East Bound I-10. As a result of the local high density traffic and the existing congested infrastructure, the structure required 16 short span bents with column lengths of approximately 55 feet above existing grade. Auxiliary structures include the design and construction of several MSE retaining walls, jointed plain concrete pavement, miscellaneous drainage facility improvements, and realignment of the existing highway.

Our Role
