The CMGC project, along the I-5 corridor, encompasses 27 miles of high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction from Lomas Santa Fe Drive to SR-78; replace the MacKinnon Avenue Overcrossing; construct a direct access ramp (DAR) and multi-use facility at Manchester; replace the San Elijo and Batiquitos lagoon highway bridges; and construct sound walls.

CMGC based quality control inspection and materials testing services for the entire scope along with quality control management of JPCP and HMA paving, welding, rebar splicing and cable system for pedestrain bridge, covering all phases of this major transportation project.
