The 4.1-mile OC Streetcar Transit System provides 10 new transit stops to better connect the local Santa Ana and Garden Grove communities. Not only is the streetcar designed to reduce transportation along congested roadways, but it will provide safer and more cost-effective transportation by connecting the Metrolink, Pacific Surfliner, and Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center.

Comprehensive quality control service responsibilities include inspection and materials testing for civil and structures work for the alignment; MSF facility; TPSS. In addition, the scope includes the quality control management of the project in accordance with FTA guidelines.
