Project Description

This major Design-Build project is a 700,000 square foot facility that includes a new gateway to the Grand Hall, the MSC terminal, 12 swing gates that connect the concourse, aircraft parking aprons, taxiways and lanes and utilities. The MSC facility is located in the central area of the airfield, west of Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). The facility is designed to serve both domestic and international traffic and will provide LAWA with the flexibility to accommodate demand for aircraft gates while modernizing other terminals at LAX and reduce reliance on the West Remote gates.

Our Role

Design-Build based quality control inspection and testing services for the civil and all airside apron and taxiway paving along with MEP inspections of the terminal.
